    CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

    David provides strategic leadership to The Tyree Group. With over 25 years of expertise in engineering, manufacturing and electricity distribution, David is a driving force behind our readiness for the future, ensuring we stay ahead in innovation and excellence. David is a long-standing member of the Australian Industry Group’s National Executive and remains actively involved with the Industry Leaders Fund of South Australia, supporting the development of future industry leaders.

    Robyn Fennell

    NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    With over 30 years of experience at the Tyree Group, Robyn is committed to upholding and advancing the Tyree family’s legacy in Australian manufacturing. She is a Board Member of the Tyree Group and Chair of the Sir William Tyree Foundation, overseeing its philanthropic initiatives. Robyn is passionate about supporting engineering training and ensuring continuous investment in the industry’s future. Robyn, the daughter of Sir William Tyree, maintains the Tyree family's presence on the board through her membership.

    Keian Barnard

    MANAGING DIRECTOR & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

    Keian steers the Tyree Group’s strategic direction and industry leadership, fostering innovation and promoting sustainable growth. Keian brings over 25 years of senior executive experience in manufacturing and service industries spanning Australia, China, South Africa and the UK. He joined Tyree Industries as Managing Director & Chief Executive in 2013. Keian is a Fellow of Engineers Australia and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

    David Ward

    CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER & COMPANY SECRETARY

    David oversees financial governance, risk management and compliance, ensuring long-term business stability. David has over 30 years of experience in senior accounting and company secretarial roles, with a strong focus on the manufacturing sector. His career spans both large corporations, such as British Aerospace, and private businesses in Australia and the UK. He joined Tyree in 2005 and is currently the Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary. Based in Mittagong, David is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Chartered Secretaries Australia.
