Rick played a crucial role as the Cable CEO in leading the integration of Austech into the Tyree Group business, aligning teams and critical systems across Braeside and Dandenong operations. As part of his leadership evolution, Rick has transitioned into the General Manager, Strategy and Corporate Services role, leading strategic projects across the Group. As the business continues to grow, Rick is committed to investing the time and energy into supporting our people by strengthening systems and processes to match the velocity of Tyree’s growth phase.
His experience in driving complex transformations on a global scale at companies such as Rio Tinto and United Technologies Corporation (now Raytheon Technologies Corporation) makes Rick a steadfast steward of Tyree’s evolution.
