A respected financial leader with a deep appreciation for the role people play in creating lasting value, David has been an integral part of the Tyree Group's journey since 2005. His steady leadership, commercial insight and commitment to strong governance have helped underpin the Group's long-term growth and success.
David oversees financial governance, risk management and compliance, ensuring the Group remains well positioned for the future. He has more than 30 years of experience in senior accounting and company secretarial roles, with a strong focus on the manufacturing sector. His career spans both multinational organisations, including British Aerospace, and privately owned businesses across Australia and the UK.
David is Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary and is based in Mittagong. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and Chartered Secretaries Australia
