George holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from the University of Sydney and joined Tyree almost 30 years ago as a Process Engineer. Over the years, he has progressed through a variety of engineering and operational leadership roles, culminating in his current position as Operations Manager.
With a grassroots understanding of the business, George has played a key role in numerous projects throughout his career. Highlights include the development and introduction of Tyree's Kiosk Substation product, the design and delivery of the Narellan manufacturing facility, and doubling the capacity of the Large Distribution manufacturing factory without disrupting day-to-day production.
George is a trusted source of support and guidance, bringing a calm and practical approach to helping teams navigate challenges and change.
