Kon is Tyree Cable’s Head of Engineering, with responsibility for Engineering, Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E), and Quality Assurance. His focus is on driving continuous improvement, enhancing operational performance, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a safe and supportive workplace for the team.
Having been with Tyree Cable for almost a year, Kon considers his greatest achievement to be contributing to the many continuous improvement initiatives that have supported the company’s growth. He believes that small, everyday improvements made by the team can have a significant impact on the business, often independent of major capital investments.
