Tyree’s L-Type Kiosk substation for the Ausgrid network joins an extensive library of utility approved substations designs available in short delivery lead times from Tyree for distribution networks across Australia.
Type tested for the protection of both the general public and operators from the effects of Internal Arcing faults (IAC-AB) and short circuit withstand. The Tyree Kiosk design also features Distribution Monitoring & Control (DM&C) equipment to integrate with Ausgrid’s Advanced Distribution Monitoring System (ADMS).
Available in a range of capacity ratings including 400, 600, 800 & 1000kVA, the Tyree substation design includes an integrated oil containment bund within the engineered for purpose precast plinth and a corrosion resistant stainless steel enclosure system that is locally designed and manufactured.
