Tyree Transformers has started the year running with continued deliveries of our cutting-edge Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) transformers. In January to date, the team has delivered fifteen BESS transformers, adding to the twenty completed in November and December of 2023.
BESS plays a crucial role in modern electricity grids by providing essential short and long-duration energy storage capabilities. Tyree Transformers, at the heart of this transformative technology, facilitates efficient energy flow management with our world-class range of power and distribution transformers. These transformers serve a dual role in stepping up voltage from the battery and inverter to the grid and stepping down voltage from the grid to charge the batteries. Tailored to meet the demands of this evolving energy landscape, Tyrees’ state-of-the-art transformers have undergone meticulous design and engineering processes.
Team Tyree is pleased to witness the positive outcomes arising from our investments in both our workforce and equipment, aimed at enhancing the capacity of our BESS transformers. With each passing week, production output grows across all product lines, as our state-of-the-art BESS transformers roll off the production line and are delivered to our valued customers.
We are proud to contribute to the global effort in sustainability, specifically in driving Australia and New Zealand towards their ambitious energy transition goals for 2030 and the ultimate aim of achieving net-zero emissions by 2050. Our commitment to innovation and a greener future underscore our unwavering dedication to these objectives. The delivery of our BESS transformers isn’t just a logistical accomplishment; it signifies Tyree Transformers’ commitment to being future ready.
