Elongated footprint enabling segregation and flexible integration across utility, infrastructure, industrial and renewable energy applications.

Transformer designed, Manufactured, Tested to AS/NZS60076 including registration to MEPS in our AUS and NZ facilities. Substation design to AS62271.202 with self bunding, enhanced protection with K rated fluids features available and integrated with MV and LV switchgear solutions.

Cubicles manufactured in 5000 series marine grade aluminium or 300 series stainless steel for first maintenance performance to Australian Standards. Protection and control customisation in accordance with AS3000 and power system requirements.

Options for SCADA and ADMS integration available that utilise preferred and leading components and apply local know how to make it work.

Square footprint padmount arrangements for utility, industrial and renewable energy applications.

Transformer designed, manufactured and tested to AS/NZS60076 including registration to MEPS in our Australian and NZ facilities. Substation design to AS62271.202 with features available such as self bunding, enhanced protection with K rated fluids and integrated with MV and LV switchgear solutions.

Cubicles manufactured in ether 5000 series marine grade aluminium or 300 series stainless steel to ensure performance to first maintenance per Australian Standards.

Defence Substations

Purpose Built for Defence Applications

Ratings of 100-1,500kVA, up to 24kV, fluid filled.

ADF Manual of Infrastructure Electrical Engineering (MIEE) Compliant. Elongated footprint to standard design arrangement for defence sites.

Transformer designed, Manufactured and Tested to AS/NZS60076 including registration to MEPS in our Australian facilities. Substation design to MIEE, and AS62271.202 with features standard such as self bunding, full segregation for operations and maintenance, and DESN cubicle (with or without PCMS). Option for enhanced protection with K rated fluids and integrated with approved and preferred MV and LV switchgear solutions.

Protection and control customisation in accordance with MIEE, AS3000 and power system requirements. PCMS integration options available utilising preferred and leading components and proven local expertise.

Custom Substations

Tyree manufactures a comprehensive range of packaged outdoor substations at its dedicated substation factory, which has an annual production capacity exceeding 3,000 units.

The facility includes a purpose-built assembly hall designed specifically for the construction and testing of kiosk and padmount substations, serving both electrical utilities and industrial clients.

Our substation solutions cover ratings from 50kVA to 20MVA and all voltage classes up to 36kV.
