“In my 6 years with Tycan and now Tyree, I have worked mostly in Sales and Purchasing. Today I have a multi-faceted role involving HR and Stores Control. In my Stores Receivable duties I am part of Tyree’s vital Production Team. I am responsible for maintaining our high standards of quality checks and making sure that our team is providing the best possible service to our external and internal customers. We are a great team. We support one-another and just get along brilliantly.

“I really love my HR role because I get to help fellow workers be the best they can be. I like to think that I’m a good listener and team members feel that their problems and suggestions are being heard. I encourage them to always look for a better way to work their issues out.

“I particularly enjoy my role as Return to Work Co-ordinator. I get the chance to make a difference in their lives. I love helping team-members to want to work and to want to work together.”

Kellie is currently completing her Cert IV in HR and is also on Tyree’s Safety and Workers Comp Committees.
When not helping her workmates, Kellie enjoys time out with her young family.
