“My key role is in project management in our Industrial and Power divisions – monitoring progress right through to delivery. I also handle specialty transformers that are out of the norm - 200kVA up to 5MVA.

"The Power transformer jobs I specialise in range from 500kVA to 30 MVA. Their lead times can sometimes be up to several months so there is a lot involved in the planning and project management.

“I pride myself on being reliable, punctual and keeping my customers up-to-date with their project’s status. I am always looking for a better way to keep ahead of change and then be able to quickly adapt when it happens.

“I am passionate about priortising my workload. I am highly structured and love my check lists! I often login at weekends to make sure my clients’ projects are on track.”

Emma has a Cert IV in frontline management and on Tyree’s OH&S committee. She is also a fire warden. She also has extensive experience in freight forwarding, service and operations management, sales assistance, quoting and invoicing.

Her passion, outside her work, is cooking and entertaining family and friends. She grows her own fruit and vegetables and keeps fit with regular exercise.

“For the past five years, my experience at Tyree has been mainly in pad and pole mount Distribution transformers ranging from 16kva to 500kva. I am the main sales contact with all our Distribution transformer customers. I process their orders and make sure they are delivered in full and on time, as expected.

“At Tyree we are always looking for a better way to make sure we achieve our own and our customer’s DIFOT targets.”

Outside work, Natalie’s passions include family, exercise and kick boxing.

Judy Temporali - Customer Service Co-ordinator

“My key role is in estimating and working with our team of engineers, handling requests for quotations and tender enquiries. I facilitate the quotations for all specialty jobs outside our standard pole and pad mount range, ground mount, industrial, mining, kiosk and power transformers. I manage the relationships with these customers, following up our quotes and making sure we deliver what is expected.

“My focus is on the larger industrial transformers – special ground mounts and kiosk types. I love the challenge of managing each project, prioritising the detail, keeping my customers informed of the job’s progress and working with them to anticipate any changes and problems that might arise.

“I’ve been with the company for nearly four years and I really enjoy working with Natalie and Emma. We fully support one another and our Customer Service team has built quite a reputation for reliability, product knowledge and keeping to our word. When we say we’ll get back to you by a certain time, we do."

Judy’s background is in administration, production, purchasing, sales and managing tender processes.
Besides work, her other passion is being with her family and friends and playing Hockey.
